Safari's system requirements demand that Mac OS X 10.3 be installed; causing concern to many of Apple's now 10 million OS X users who have not yet upgraded from a previous version of the 21st century operating system."Opinions of the Wolf: "Is Apple intentionally doing this to force users to upgrade their OS? Will users keep having to upgrade almost every time there's a new Safari release, like a certain Microsoft company you might know about will be doing with their browser from now on?"
