Apple's 2nd generation iPod nano arrives

Initial thoughts:

The packaging is tiny, much smaller than you'd believe from the pictures.

A side effect of the packaging is that there's no install CD included. Attach it to iTunes 7 and the application will download the latest iPod updater.

The new aluminum material appears to be much more resilient than that used by the previous nano which, seriously, could get scratched by the cotton material on the inside of your pocket.
