Paul vs. Apple Round Two

So let's give Apple some credit for following up as well. (Dell did the right thing last week.) After writing about my poor experience with Apple support, a representative from Apple Corporate Executive Relations contacted me via phone and email. I was too busy to call back yesterday, but will do so today.

After being miffed at being blown off on the phone, I was curious about how the Apple Store experience was going to go. I may try that route anyway just to see what happens. The discoloration is obvious and so clearly not normal wear and tear, it's unclear how this couldn't end the right way. But I guess we'll see what happens.
