Half-Life 2 Orange and Black Box Contents

IGN:
When gamers race to the store in late summer for Half-Life 2 Episode Two, they'll be faced with two choices. Both Black Box and Orange Box editions will be made available, each with slightly different content.

The Black Box is only available on PC and includes Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Portal and Team Fortress 2. It retails for $39.99.

The Orange Box is available for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 and includes Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episodes One and Two, Portal and Team Fortress. It retails for a modest $59.99.
Fantastic (and we're finally getting an Xbox 360 version of Half-Life 2, woo). But... Late summer??? I thought the point of episodic content was that it could come out more quickly. We should be on Episode Three by now. That's ridiculous.
