MacWorld 2007: Did Apple forget something?

Sorry, but did Steve Jobs just deliver a two-hour MacWorld keynote address and not discuss the Macintosh even once? LOL. Geesh. Why not just call it iPodWorld and be done with it?

No Vista-beating Leopard features? No new Macs? No new iLife or iWork? No market data showing that the Mac now controls 56 percent of the market in certain parts of San Francisco? Nothing?

Also ... There wasn't a single surprise. Everyone already knew about the iPhone and iT... excuse me, Apple TV.

Wow. I mean, wow.

Even Jobs changing the company's name from Apple Computer to just Apple Inc. sort of places another shadow over the whole Mac thing. Absolutely crazy.
